-What it can look like:

Each Department of your organization can have a team (ex. Finance, HR, etc.).  Inside the team, a channel can be created specifically to share information with outside entities. 

  A finance team could share out folders with clients, enabling the client and your organization to upload invoices, receipts, etc.:

Your HR department could have an external share with potential hires to share paperwork that needs to be filled out:

  Sharing can be controlled, so if an external recipient should no longer have access to a shared folder, they can be removed.  Since the sharing is set up through Teams and not tied to any one user, this solution to sharing data is great for ongoing scenarios.
